Simply Recipes

When you get a cold, drink lots of water. Take zin and vitamin c. Take omega 3 fish oil (helps boost immune system).Take elderberry syrup (it's antiviral), Keep warm.
And take a hot cup of honey and lemon tea. It's just honey, lemon juice, and hot water. The lemon juice helps cut through congestion and the honey soothes the throat.

Honey Lomon Tea
 I really love this blog.
I can feel how she devoted herself to make this calm and peaceful blog. It is so colourful because she uses diverse ingredients for the food. Also I cannot count how many kinds of food are. She sets up the food in the beautiful proper plate and bowl,
not too much, not too less. It is easy to search a recipe by the ingredients, by the kind of food, or alphabetically. She explains easily and gives a lot of useful tips to prevent from the silly mistake.
She offers the huge helpful information about an health and  diet, a nutrition and an easy and quick
cooking style. She introduces many ethnic foods to experience as well. As for me, I am always looking for something new and different. To me who have been cook over 20 years,  the usual food is
 boring very often.
This blog is fantastic. It is easy to understand, easy to find, easy to cook.
Also, the blog design and background colour is calm and peaceful so that the viewer can feel comfortable.I would strongly like to recommend to experience this blog especially in this holiday season. Because making and sharing foods for someone who I love or not is the best healing medication for all of us.
I am so happy to know this blog.

Gary Vaynerchuk & Psy

Gary Vaynerchuk uses social media to help grow his business. Vaynerchuk, 33, is the director of operations at the company, christenend as the Wine Library in 1997 when he rebranded it and began online sales. It's been an amazing ride since that day in February 2006, with great guests, amazing  wine, as well as a lot or Jets Talk. Despite the nonbelievers, Vaynerchuk knew a marketing juggernaut when he saw one. An early Twitter adopter, he now has 53,000 followers hanging on his every 140-character thought. Eventually facebook buys instagram for $1 billion.

He signed on in early 2007, less than a year after Twitter was launced. But as the recession takes its toll on fine living and other luxuries, more high-end food and beverage businesses are quickly following suit. They are using the website to infiltrate niche marckets, promote special deals and build loyal customer bases.
Thanks to his efforts on Twitter and his hugely popular video blog, he is the No.1 independant wine salesman in the country, beating his competitors by a 40 percent margin.
He is a smart guy who read a treand of the way of advertisement for his business. He caught the most effective way to show his business extensively. If he did not use the social network, he only can be a successful wine business man in his community.
He says that the empowerment of the common consumer has created a fundamental shift in how business are expected to behave in his book " the Thank You Ecomomy".
Now we can see the power of media. Like or not, we are in the sea of  worldwide information.
So we need to have a responsibility of filtering to get good things and development the distiction skills of useful and helpful things for the healthy world.

Psy used to be a controversial singer in Korea.
He usually sings with his own opinion about a love, a trend and social issues. The  lyrics of his songs
are honest but twisted, straight but ironical, and intellectual but shallow.Sometines  it is unconfortable
to listen to his songs. He never use 4 - letter words, but he uses very funny adjecticves and adverbs so that the audience can feel the catharsis.
Now he became an another kind of Gary Vaynerchuk in Korean version even if he had several serious troubles in his early 20's.
The Korean people were surprised at an unexpected international breakthrough. His YouTube vedio has almost a billion viewers and he now is recognized by the media as the "King of You Tube".
It is impossible if the social network system does not exist.
He sang and danced with Madonna, Britney Spears, and Tom Cruise.
He is going to perform at NFL halftime show in Rogers Centre on Dec.16.2012 and the concert of "Christmas in Washington" on Dec.21,2012 in front of the President couple of  USA.
It is really great achievement of his life .
From this fantastic phemonenon, I imagine that anyone who is talented can be a second Psy with their
own webcam . The on-line media is a wonderful democratic platform. People with diverse views can participate to the diverse communities of the world. I believe that the media will change and develope the world with a effective way. Because everyone can watch and criticize every single issue. I still expect that we have more surprising stars in variety areas on our earth. Sharing and communicating are the most important components for making the better world, aren't they?

Quincy, M.E.

Quincy M.E.

Quincy M.E. is an American television series from Oct.3,1976 to Sep.5,1983 on NBC.
It stars Jack Klugman in the title role, a Los Angeles county medical examiner.
I remember I loved to watch the series in Korea. At that time, it was not easy to watch the foreign tv series, so it was a quite precious experience to me.Also I had a little shock from it.Because they gave
me many social issues which were unfamiliar, sometimes unavailable to understand the concepts.
Anyway it was so interesting.I still remember I could not wait for watching it every week.I loved their conflict between Quincy and his assistant, Sam. After it started, later season's episodes began to introduce themes of social responsibility such as drunk driving laws, problems caused by punk rock, orphan drugs and anorexia among others. Even if the theme is pretty depressed, I got the constant main stream from the series. The good things, for example, the friendship between the crews, the sense of humour, the love, the passion of their work and their social responsibility for the justice, all these components were mixed well to make us enjoy the show. While many detective series had depicted rudimentary physical analysis such as fingerprints and bullet comparisons, Quincy M.E. was the first to regularly present the in-depth forensic investigation which would be the hallmark of later detective shows such as CSI and NCIS. Also this show was one of the earlier dramatic series to use a format like this to further a social agenda.
They say that while we watch the TV , our brain becomes slow and muddy. But if it is not very often or long hours, the TV show gives us a chance to be relaxed and to get some feelings like love, friendship, justice, responsibility through the other people's experience.
